EW’s Michael Ausiello interviewed the Hawaii Five-0 team at the EW Fan-Demonium event in San Diego on July 22nd while they were there for Comic-Con. Ausiello calls the pilot “awesome” and gets some great responses to his questions!

That was a great interview. I love the fact that they will keep the action of the show BUT people will remember the characters and that that was important to them. It is important to us. I am so happy with everything this show has going for it! Thanks, Mizz.

So Peter and I both grew up in Montreal and our parents both watched the original. 
Now it’s time for our 5-0 and I can’t wait until Sept 20th! 
Thank you Mizz. Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park will be fantastic and great as Chin Ho Kelly and Kono on Hawaii Five-0. I am anxiously waiting to watch the entire talented young cast on H50.
