Thanks Mizz for the adorable preview of episode 212. The wedding of Chin and Malia is going to be entertaining and so romantic, after the Five-0 team solves the crime of the week. I also love the comment about GQ, so perfect and appropriate! Happy holidays!
    :thankyou: :xmastreeplug: :drama: :xmasshopper:

Looks like Danno booked himself this time… :danno:

By the way, no matter how many times I Iisten to it, I can’t understand what Joe’s comment is on Danny’s new bracelet. I believe Steve is saying “Show ‘em the Jersey slip, Danno”, but Joe’s words remain a mystery to me and it’s been driving me a little bit crazy.

So for the sake of my sanity, could somebody please help me out? I’d be ever so grateful! :D

Gee thanks, now you’ve got me going…

I’m hearing, “I’ve heard they shoot them off”, but I’m not entirely sure about the first couple of words. It doesn’t help either that we don’t know the context. I’m also dying to hear how Danny got handcuffed in the first place and where the heck that key is… Those looks shared between Danny and McG are interesting too, don’t you think?

      :giggle:

I think Joe said “I offered to shoot them off”.
That look most probably mean the person perviously on the other side of the cuffs gave Danny “the Jersey slip” and got away with the key. :mirth: (just a big guess)
I like the reference to ‘GQ’ too – It gives a little bit of acknowledgement to Alex’s award. :good2:

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!! That sounds about right. At least, now I can let that one go. I must have listened to Joe’s line at least 30 times and I just couldn’t make it out. Excellent detective skills, Mizz!

And yeah, those looks… :giggle: I’ve been giving my own (dirty) mind a stern talking-to, because our boys don’t get up to those kinds of shenanigans. At least not in this reality. But COME ON, SHOW! Seriously? With the looks? And the cuffs? You’re just asking for all kinds of naughty interpretations here…

And just for the record. Alex is a master in putting a world of meaning into a a look and a smirk. If he looked at me like that, my knees would turn to Jell-O. :heart2:

I LOVE this new little ritual they’ve added to their scripts when McGarrett gets the call for a case…a few episodes ago he said “put your shoes on”, next one he said “put your pants on, we’re going to work”, and this episode he says “Guys, zip it up, we’ve got a body”!

Okay, we can all use our imagination now for what article of clothing Steve will be talking about in the next episode!!!
