On June 13, 2009 the inaugural Donate Life Hollywood Film Festival will take place at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles. The festival will showcase feature films, documentaries, online shorts/videos as well as news, comedic, dramatic and reality TV.
Part of the program are special preview screenings and one of the featured screenings is the Three Rivers pilot!
No mention is made of Alex O’Loughlin attending any of the film festival events, but Carol Barbee (writer-producer) will take part in the writer-producer panel “Make ‘Em laugh, Make ‘Em Cry: How Organ Donation Storylines Cut Deep”.
Who the event is for: Show business guild and union members; TV and feature film writers, directors, producers; documentary filmmakers; entertainment leaders; film students; organ donor families and transplant recipients; transplant and trauma surgeons; medical leaders; Donate Life California partners; and the general public.

This Inspire Award is an honor for Three Rivers before it even premieres. I think that the fans who live in LA and who are attending this event are very lucky. The fans will get to see the pilot preview screening of Three Rivers. It would be wonderful and a big surprise if Alex shows up at the dinner.
I wish that I was closer to this event. I would love to go!

Are very lucky, all those who may attend this event, even if Alex did not finally come, it will be interesting to see the pilot of Three Rivers and meet its writer-producer Carol Barbee and hear what she will say.
