CBS Films have released some great photos that give you a behind-the-scenes look at The Back-up Plan and you can check them out on Facebook. Alex O’Loughlin is in all of them!
Other news from CBS Films is that The Back-up Plan‘s North American release date has been pushed back another week. According to The Wrap, the cause is the “800 pound gorilla” called Clash of the Titans. Because Warner Brothers has decided to convert their fantasy film into 3D and Clash will now be released on April 2nd instead of March 23rd, rival studios are making room by postponing their releases too, resulting in too many movies opening on April 16th. The Back-up Plan now hits the theaters on April 23rd, which means only a week’s delay.
This schedule change will also undoubtedly affect the release date for Germany, Austria, the German-speaking parts of Switzerland and Indonesia as the movie was initially expected to open there on April 21st. It’s also possible that more countries will be affected.
