Danneel Harris, who plays Olivia in The Back-Up Plan with Alex O’Loughlin and Jennifer Lopez, sheds some light on her role in a recent podcast interview with The One Tree Hill Connection.
And then I did a movie that I’m still working on right now that’s not wrapped yet, called “The Back-Up Plan”, and it’s a romantic comedy with Jennifer Lopez and Eric Christian Olsen — who’s also in “Fired Up” with me — and a guy named Alex O’Loughlin, who vampire fans would know him from “Moonlight”. It was kind of a short-lived show on CBS, but really good. I play the nemesis to J.Lo… that was interesting, the first day I met her I had to call her like fat… ’cause I play this really sweet hippie girl who used to date Alex O’Loughlin and now he’s seeing Jennifer Lopez’s character. I’m really sweet in front of him, but when I’m not in front of him, I’m evil. It’s a girl thing. But it was like, “Hi, Miss Lopez, superstar… I just call you fat”. But I get to have a lot of scenes with her, but it was really, really cool.
She goes on to say, “It should be a pretty big movie and it’s super cute”.
