Rohais Belrose Frying Pan May 09th, 2017 - 09:08:31
The different metals and the type of lamination has a lot to do with quality, but when you`re talking about a nonstick frying pan the thickness of the nonstick coating will make a lot of difference. Did you know that these pans come with anywhere from 1 to 8 layers of nonstick material? If you were like me you just thought it was either there or it wasn`t.
Considering all the frustration and hard work it takes to clean up those pans after dinner, not to mention the wear and tear on your poor hands, you have probably thought about purchasing a nonstick frying pan. But, how much do they cost? You may not be willing to shell out an entire paycheck on one pan; -- I don`t blame you! Other than price, another thing you should be looking at is quality. Nonstick frying pans are available in a wide range of quality levels. So, let`s investigate further, "Are these pans pricey or cost effective?"
Its versatility is unlike any other since it can also go inside your oven or under the broiler. Even clean up is not a problem since it can also be popped in to the dishwasher although washing it by hand is highly recommended. Its classy design and exterior can easily take it from the stove to directly on the dinner table. The food`s heat is maintained since you will no longer need to transfer the food on a serving dish.
Most pans do not have a lid, if one is important for you- consider buying a sauté pan that will have a lid but, will probably be a bit wider and deeper than a frying pan. A glass lid is comfortable for looking in on the food, but it limits the temperature resistance of the pan (in case you would like to place it in an oven), as do handle materials such as wood or Bakelite. If putting the pan in the oven is something you do often when cooking, consider a frying pan that has a lid and handle from the same materials as the body (easily found in Stainless Steel, which offers the ability to place in an oven as hat as you like for as long as you like).
