Memorable Quotes:
Danny:
Grace keeps asking me for surfing lessons. I told her, no chance.
Steve:
What, you got something against surfing now?
Danny:
I don’t have anything against surfing, I have something against sharks, skin cancer, anything involving my daughter wearing a bikini.
+++
+++
Chin Ho:
Cuz, take the day.
Kono:
You know I can’t do that.
Chin Ho:
Part of doing this job is knowing when you’re not the one to do the job.
+++
+++
Steve:
On this island there’s an easy way to do things and a hard way. With the kapu, talking to Ka Wika before we go after Levi and Diego is the easy way.
Danny:
Ah. So what’s throwing someone into the shark tank and hanging some other guy off the roof?
Steve:
Those guys were from out of town.
Danny:
You’re a sick person, you know that.
+++
+++
Danny:
Okay, I got a daughter!
Steve:
Trust me, I know these roads.
Danny:
This is not a road. A road has asphalt, two lanes. This is dirt on a cliff, okay, and it’s a long way down.
Steve:
Scared?
Danny:
No, I’m not scared. I’m rationally concerned.
+++
+++
Steve:
When I say, “Book ‘em, Danno”, it’s a term of endearment.
Danno:
Okay. Do it every day, I like it.
