“Where We Lie” — Lisa becomes very attached to an 8-year-old boy who she witnesses being crushed by a ride at a fair. Meanwhile, Andy and David try to get a VAD (ventricular assist device) for one of their patients, THREE RIVERS, Sunday, Nov. 8 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network.
