Rad, you can either download the article to your pc and use the zoom function in your Windows Photo Gallery if you’re using Vista or Windows Picture and Fax Viewer if you have XP. Both have a magnifying glass icon in the toolbar at the bottom.
If you want to view it in your browser without downloading, just click the download link; the item will open and you should be able to click on it again, which will open it in its actual size. That should be readable. If not, there is again a zoom option in IE at the bottom right so that you can magnify it.
In any case, I’ve also added a crop of just the article text.
