I see the surname Noshimuri again, just like in Episode 2.11. Wonder if they are Wo Fat “loose ends” (trying do reseem or save themselves) or if they are still working with/for him?

If he keeps killing his “loose ends” there won’t be a lot of bad guys left for him to work with.
