The November sweeps are fast approaching – a period when the networks pull out the stops to attract as many viewers as they can in order to influence the Nielsen ratings and – as a consequence – the advertising rates.
Today CBS announced the Social Media Sweep Week, that runs from 5-11 November, during which their stars will take to their respective show’s Facebook and Twitter accounts to share commentary, photos, videos and exclusive content. They will also answer questions from fans.

Hawaii Five-0′s turn is on Monday, November 7 and CBS will reveal which stars are venturing onto the social media sites that morning on this page:
Each morning, fans can log on to CBS’s Twitter or Facebook accounts, or CBS.com for a special message revealing which stars from that night’s CBS Television Network lineup will be taking over their show’s social media accounts. Throughout the day, fans will be able to view pictures, videos, exclusive show content and status updates posted by the talent, and will also be able to interact by asking questions and commenting on postings.

CBS just updated their site showing that Daniel Dae Kim will be on tonight’s Social Network Takeover. Too bad for us it’s not Alex but considering how he feels about it, I’m glad he won’t be subjected to the torture. Always want him to be happy!

It would be a dream come true if Alex would make a exception for one time. CBS knows that Alex has the biggest fanbase of them all so fingers crossed that they ask him to do it.
