I would love to see Alex in any good, well-written scripted show. He deserves to be spotlighted. He’s talented and gorgeous. What else does CBS want or need in a leading man? C’mon, make all your lady viewers happy. Add Alex to your line-up. We’ll be forever grateful.

I agree. I see Cooper standing around gruffly briefing his team, while Mick runs all over the place getting into and out of trouble. If I had to chose, I’d pick Mick.

Roles can be revised… And Alex seems like a fun-loving and very playful person to me in RL, so that description may not be that far off at all I like the combination of tough and boyish and it sounds like a more interesting role than the head of the unit. “Mick” will get to see more action, I think, than “Cooper”.

I, for one, would love to see Alex playing a cop again. I loved him in ‘The Shield’. I think the description for ‘Mick’ could fit him very well. We know that he can play a sweet guy and he can also play a tough guy. I love Alex and I really hope that the next project he chooses will be the one that brings him the respect he greatly deserves.

Thank you MizzoH. I believe that Alex can portray any of the two characters, Cooper and Mick. However, it seems like Cooper is too old to be portrayed by Alex, who would likely to be leading character. Mick is likely to be perfect for Alex, but this does not sound like the leading role. All the best to Alex on his next new leading role on an action-filled crime drama on CBS. After all, crime dramas have been hits on CBS.

I’m sure Alex can do charmingly rakish, but this description, particularly the “part puppy” reference and the precise age, sounds like they might be looking for someone a little younger, or more boyish.
